Equipment’s monitor is placed in the form factor of "European standard" type.

Flow sensor (accelerometer) measuring channels vibration, which is a line driver with built-in electronic circuit, has high noise immunity and requires no intermediate amplification. To connect the accelerometer two-wire line is enough (lived in the screen).

Flow sensor (eddy current sensor, linearizer) measuring channels vibration displacement and static displacement is implemented on the principle of smart-sensor: preliminary signal processing functions, linearization, output regulation, etc. performed integrated microcontroller.

Processing the output signals of the primary transducers of equipment produced in digital form microcontroller module measuring channel, which forms the output analog and discrete signals.

The modules measuring instrumentation channels are structurally unified; the functional difference is in software. The interaction of modules and blocks display apparatus with RS 485, which allows optional setting of measuring channels.

Design of the equipment allows simultaneous use of different measuring channel types (vibrovelocity, vibration displacement static displacement) that gives opportunity to form a set of necessary controls of thermal mechanical state of the object.

User-friendly interface (RS 485) provides additional service capabilities of the equipment: the transfer of the measured, operational and business data in order to record and monitor thermal mechanical state of the object.

Power supply provides two sources of "hot" backup using the presence of any of the following voltage: ~ 220 = 220 = 24V.

Linearizator.

In the primary transducer of relative vibration displacementa measurement and static displacement (axial displacement, the immersion / emersion) of the shaft a new approach to achieving a linear dependence of the output signal from the linear movement of the plane of the measured surface on the end of eddy current probe along its axis is used.

The use of a microcontroller, by programmable method of calibration linearizer allows to implement an approximation of the output signal, initially characterized by nonlinear dependence of the power of the electromagnetic energy emitted by the sensor in space from a distance.
