The monitor of the equipment and sensing devices measuring vibration are similar to the basic model VibroMaster-01.

Processing the output signals of the primary transducers of equipment is conductedin digital form by the module microcontroller of the measuring channel that forms output analog and discrete signals.

   Modules of the measuring instrumentation channels are structurally unified; functional difference is in software. The interaction of the equipment';s monitor modules and blocks is made with RS 485, which allows optional measuring channel settings.

The equipment design allows simultaneous use of different types of measuring channels (vibrovelocity, vibration displacement, static displacement, temperature, etc.), which give the opportunity to form a set of necessary controls of the thermo-mechanical state of the object.

Available interface (RS 485) provides additional service capabilities of the equipment: transfer of measured, operational and business data in order to record and monitor thermal mechanical state of the object.

Power supply provides two sources of "hot" backup using the presence of the following voltage: ~ 220 = 220 = 24V.

9. The formation of analog output signals proportional to the instantaneous value of acceleration (vibration displacement).
10. Formation of discrete signals on excess value of the measured parameter limits.
11. Formation of a discrete signal damage to communication lines of the primary converters and monitor equipment, and violation of the reliability of measurement.
12. Formation of service messages and messages on the display of the monitor's control unit on the nature of damage and failure.
13. ТPC broadcast of the measured parameters' values, events, and performance information with RS 485.
14. Archiving the measured parameters' values events, and service information in the embedded-type recorder "black box" with subsequent data transfer device removal on a PC.
15. Adaptation of mode options, technical characteristics of measuring channel: dynamic range, frequency range, the values of limits, time intervals, the range of display levels, etc. for operational requirements.
 
 
NOTE. In accordance with the requirements of operation, Hardware VibroMaster-01 is additionally equipped with high-temperature accelerometer from various manufacturers.
